Regis towers, the largest single strata scheme in NSW is currently managed by PSMG. From 2018 to 2022, Regis Towers were managed by compulsory strata manager-Strata Choice, which gave Regis Tower the highest levy in town and the poorest management we ever experienced. From late 2021, PSMG gave the owners loads of good advices which eventually helped Regis Towers owners successfully pull them out of 9 year long compulsory management. From 2022 to 2023, Regis Tower successfully made a series of major achievements such as, 25% Levy reduction; building insurance renewal cheaper than 2022 and 2021; major building improvement projects in place; major service provider contract prices reduced by 20% with no service level compromised; over 1 million budget surplus in levies....
